How much can I earn as a coach?
Coaches earn $75-150 per hour depending on experience level and expertise. Most coaches work 5-15 hours per week, though you can do more or less based on your availability.
What's the time commitment?
You set your own schedule. Some coaches do just a few hours weekly, while others make it a significant part of their income. The minimum commitment is 3 hours per week.
Do I need coaching experience?
No formal coaching experience is required. What matters is your recruiting/TA background and ability to mentor others. We provide training on our coaching methodology.
What support do you provide?
We provide a complete curriculum, scheduling tools, payment processing, and ongoing support. You'll also have access to our coach community and regular training sessions.
Can I coach while employed full-time?
Absolutely! Many of our coaches have full-time jobs. Just ensure your employer allows outside consulting and there are no conflicts of interest.

We match students based on their target industry and career goals with coaches who have relevant expertise. You'll never be paired with students outside your wheelhouse.
